### 1. Purpose & Shipping Policy
**Shipping Policy**
We process orders within 24 business hours. Your order is prepared and packaged within seven days, then shipped. Delivery typically takes between 8 and 20 business days, totaling **15 to 27 business days** for the receipt of your package.
You will receive a new notification once your order has been dispatched. Potential delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues are beyond our control.
**Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (France)**
* **Orders over €100:** Free Delivery.
* **Orders under €100:** A shipping fee of **€6.90** applies for deliveries to France.
**International Shipping Rates and Estimates (Outside France)**
* **Orders under €150:** Shipping fee is **€6.90**.
* **Orders over €150:** Shipping fee is **€9.50** (due to package volume and weight).
**How do I check my order status?**
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number. Please allow **72 hours** for tracking information to become available.

### 2. Return Policy
We accept returns up to **14 days after delivery**, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in perfect state. We will refund the total order amount minus the return shipping costs.

Prices are in Euros (€) including VAT (TTC). Delivery costs are not included unless specified:
* **Free delivery** for orders over €100.
* **Flat rate of €6.90** for orders below €100.
